When the votes were tabulated, the 2022 recipient was the standout shortstop of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows, Jaswant Ghosal. He starred this season with a .335 batting average, 67 hits, 23 home runs, 64 RBIs, .449 OBP and 63 runs scored.Ramón De Jesús of the Yokohama Bay Stars finished second in voting, while Wen Chien of the Yokohama Bay Stars finished third. |
