BNN Says Fighters Manager Hayes Gone Monday, September 12th, 2022 The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters and Tommy Hayes have parted ways. It was announced today by club officials that Tommy Hayes had been dismissed as the team's manager. The Fighters GM told reporters, "We had certain goals that were mutually agreed upon this season and in our estimation, they have not been reached. Our team has not made the progress we were promised." Hayes told BNN, "I'm proud of what has been accomplished in my tenure as the Fighters manager. We have a better club now than when I first got here. I'm just sorry it ended this way." |
