PL Player of the Week Named Monday, June 20th, 2022 Yeong-il Kim went on a week-long batting spree against Pacific League pitchers and hauled in the Player of the Week trophy. The ORIX first baseman battered the opposition for 5 hits in 11 at-bats, 2 home runs, 2 RBIs and scored 4 runs. He hit .455 and posted a .571 on-base percentage. Currently Kim is batting .414 with 12 hits and 5 home runs. He has knocked in 9 runs and scored 9 times. |
