Ito Wins PL Honor Monday, June 6th, 2022 All week long nobody could get Shunen Ito out in the Pacific League and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The ORIX center fielder took home the trophy by blasting 9 hits in 23 at-bats for a .391 batting average, driving in 7 runs and scoring 5 times. So far this season Ito has put up a .290 batting average with 65 hits, 7 home runs and 26 RBIs. |
