Tokyo Yakult's Weziroff Chosen CL Batter of the Month Sunday, August 1st, 2021 Even though he is a newcomer to NIPPON BASEBALL LEAGUE, Jurg Weziroff put up some good numbers in July and earned the CL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Tokyo Yakult's offensive leaders with a .447 average in 10 games. He also racked up 5 home runs, 11 RBIs, and 17 runs scored. To date this year Weziroff is batting .369 with 6 home runs. |
