Star of the Week Named in PL Monday, June 7th, 2021 The marquee name in the Pacific League this week is Yue-rong Dee of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. The hot-hitting 17-year-old third baseman put up a .417 average and .462 on-base percentage, piling up 10 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the PL Player of the Week honors. For the year Dee is batting .295 with 16 home runs, 55 RBIs and 45 runs scored. |
