Lidstone, Durand Receive 9-Game Suspensions Sunday, May 5th, 2024 It was a pretty intense fight, so Kyle Lidstone and Léonard Durand were both suspended today for 9 games for their part in a brawl which happened in a game between the London Monarchs and the Niagara Stars at Hatchets Ballpark. Lidstone said, "Luckily nobody was hurt. I think we both overreacted to the situation." For the season Lidstone has hit .257 with 5 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 56 games and scored 30 times. Thus far this season Durand has posted a 1-7 record, started 13 games, struck out 62 batters in 58.2 innings and compiled a 6.90 ERA. |
