Taylor and Woodford Suspended, Out 9 Games Saturday, March 18th, 2023 Both Victoria and London held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at Ballpark of Chilliwack College have been suspended for 9 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the Capitals Markus Taylor and the Monarchs John Woodford will begin serving the suspensions today. In 13 games this season Taylor has compiled a .256 batting average with 11 hits and no home runs. He has also scored 10 times and knocked in 3 runs. This season Woodford is 0-and-0 with no saves and a 4.76 ERA. He has given up 7 hits in 5.2 innings with 6 strikeouts. |
