Contacted at home by BNN, Brown admitted that there was some tension over his departure, but that it was "probably for the best." When pressed, Brown was bullish about his future: We had our ups and we had our downs, but right now I am focusing on the next stage of my career... wherever that may be. I still love the game of baseball and still think I can do the job. The Monarchs are not the only team in the world." London officials gave no word on who the new skipper would be. |
