Person League Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Robbie Hogan, a 17-year-old starter for the Trois-Rivieres Saints. In March, he topped off the month with a 3-1 mark and 2.15 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 37.2 innings, fanned 34 and held opposing teams to a .230 average. |
