Injury Worsens, Houston's Nash Ends Career Thursday, August 14th, 2025 Houston reliever Leonard Nash has been diagnosed with a torn triceps, an injury so severe that will end his baseball career. "It's very disappointing," Nash told reporters today. "It was totally unexpected, which makes it a little bit harder to deal with." Doctors originally thought he would have a full recovery. The 19-year-old Nash has been in treatment and reported he was making great progress, when things suddenly went sour. He told BNN, "It went from good to bad ... and then finally, to the worst case -- doctors said my career is over." |
