Florida State's Owens Out 4-5 Months Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 The Seminoles received bad news this morning. Steve Owens will miss 4-5 months due to a broken hand. He sustained the injury in the Florida State-Miami game while making a defensive play. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Owens sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." Owens currently has a .211 batting average with 32 hits, 3 homers, 16 RBIs, 22 runs scored and a .330 OBP. |
