It's Over: Horned Frogs Stop Warner Saturday, April 12th, 2025 Lady Luck was not on the side of Richard Warner or his teammates today at Prisoners Ballpark. Everything went the TCU Horned Frogs way. They not only came away with a 16-6 victory, but also held Warner hitless in 4 at-bats to put an end to the shortstop's 20-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Warner said afterward. "But it'd be much easier to take right now if we had won." Warner is batting .262 this year with 4 home runs, 17 RBIs and 29 runs scored. He has 38 hits in 145 at-bats. |
