Star of the Week Awarded in SBL Monday, March 31st, 2025 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Skip Bertman League, but last week Ashton Stanton of the Arkansas Razorbacks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Stanton rocked opposing pitching for a .667 average (10-for-15), 2 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. Hitting .474 to date, Stanton has 6 home runs and 27 RBIs. He has played in 24 games. |
