League Issues 9-Game Suspensions for Brawl Tuesday, April 16th, 2024 Wilfred Bray of the Ole Miss Rebels and Jason Mitchell of the Louisiana-Layfayette Ragin Cajuns got into a wrestling match yesterday at Ballpark of Wrightsville College and now must pay the consequences for violating league rules. They have both been assessed 9-game suspensions by the league for inciting the heated altercation between the two clubs. So far this season Bray has put up a .245 batting average with 25 hits, 4 home runs and 14 RBIs. |
