Longhorns-Cardinals Fight Nets 6-Game Suspensions Friday, April 5th, 2024 Both Texas and Stanford held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at Ballpark of Celebration College have been suspended for 6 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the Longhorns Jesús Castillo and the Cardinals Bobby Smith will begin serving the suspensions today. Posting a .190 batting average to date, Castillo has 1 home run and 12 RBIs. His record this year is 0-2 in 6 starts and Smith has a 5.84 ERA. |
