Arkansas's Savage to Miss 5 Months Friday, April 5th, 2024 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against South Carolina Gamecocks, Razorbacks starting pitcher Tom Savage was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 5 months with a ruptured finger tendon. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Arkansas skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow.
