López Sidelined for 6 Months Wednesday, March 6th, 2024 The Arizona State Sun Devils learned that Álex López is likely to be out for 6 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the Arizona Wildcats. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a fractured elbow. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Arizona State manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Álex is back in action." |
