RDL Silver Slugger Award Goes To Burke Monday, May 22nd, 2023 One of the Rod Dedeaux League's most coveted honors is the Silver Slugger Award. When the votes were tabulated, the 2023 recipient was the standout left fielder of the Fresno State Bulldogs, Joe Burke. He starred this season with a .319 batting average, 58 hits, 22 home runs, 56 RBIs, .416 OBP and 43 runs scored.Yasunari Sato of the TCU Horned Frogs finished second in voting, while Roberto Moreno of the Arizona State Sun Devils finished third. |
