Alberto Gómez out 8 Months With Injury Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 Whether he wants it or not, Alberto Gómez of the Cal State Fullerton Titans will be getting some R & R -- rest and relaxation. The starting pitcher was hurt in today's Titans-Bulldogs game while throwing a pitch. Team officials announced after the game that Gómez had suffered a torn rotator cuff and would be out of action for 8 months. So far this season Gómez has a record of 3-3 with 35 strikeouts and 16 walks in 41.2 innings and a 4.75 ERA. |
