Washington State Reliever Out Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 Disappointing news today for Washington State Cougars fans. Alfredo Miranda was hurt throwing a pitch in their game against the Oregon Ducks and has ulnar nerve irritation. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return but said it was likely the injury will keep the reliever out at least 4-5 months. This year Miranda has registered 1 save in 22 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 1-2 won-lost mark with a 8.55 ERA. In 33.2 innings he has fanned 40. |
