Rigden Wins RDL Player of the Week Trophy Monday, April 18th, 2022 Mark Rigden is respected by most Long Beach State 49'ers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old center fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Rod Dedeaux League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .435 average (10-23) with 5 home runs, 13 RBIs and 10 runs scored. This year Rigden is batting .344 with 15 home runs and 54 RBIs. In 36 games he has scored 39 times. |
