Paul Hayes Out for 8 Months Monday, April 4th, 2022 Seminoles left fielder Paul Hayes will be spending 8 months on the shelf according to his manager. He was hurt in a recent game against Kansas running the bases and suffered a ruptured medial collateral ligament. The Florida State GM told BNN no decision had been made on his replacement. He said an announcement was forthcoming, probably tomorrow. This season Hayes has banged out 9 hits in 68 at-bats for a .132 average with 1 home run. He is getting on base at a .272 pace and his totals also include 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored. |
