Star of the Week Selected in BOL Monday, September 29th, 2025 This week's outstanding performer in the Buck O'Neil League was second baseman Ramón Vela of the Chippewa River Chiefs. He racked up a .458 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week Vela plastered 11 hits in 24 at-bats and 2 home runs, drove in 9 runs and scored 6 times. So far in 2025 Vela is batting .324 with 32 home runs, 100 RBIs and 85 runs scored. He has 163 hits in 503 at-bats and a .391 OBP. |
