Emeralds Lose Gonzáles for 10 Months Monday, September 15th, 2025 Eugene reliever Alejandro Gonzáles left today's game with a damaged elbow ligament. The injury looked like it occurred throwing a pitch in the game against Nichols. One fan said, "As soon as it happened, you could tell something was wrong." The injury will likely leave the Emeralds without Gonzáles for about 10 months. To date, Gonzáles has collected no saves in 24 relief appearances. He has rung up 34 strikeouts and 26 walks in 30 innings while registering a 4.20 ERA and a 4-1 won-lost record. |
