Kingwood Knights Win Top Spot in Buck O'Neil League San Diego Chicken Division Friday, September 12th, 2025 There's still a ways to go before the SINGLE A regular season wraps up, but there won't be any drama in the Buck O'Neil League San Diego Chicken Division. The Kingwood Knights have easily clinched the division crown, their 4th as a franchise. "We did what we set out to do, you can't ask for any more than that," said reliever Kyoji Kato. Team manager Bill Martin said it's "been a pleasure" to lead his club thus far this year and he's looking forward to the postseason, where Kingwood will be looking for its 4th SINGLE A championship. |
