Bel Air Hexed: No-Hit by Krieger Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 Austin is abuzz in the wake of a masterful no-hitter by Fred Krieger against the Bel Air Princes. In a dominating 5-0 performance at Philip Banks Field, the 22-year-old hurler had 13 strikeouts and 4 walks. Not one batter managed a hit. The Bel Air manager said after the game, "You could tell early on it was going to be a long day for us. He made us look real bad. He was that good. And still going strong at the end of the game." "Yeah, this was a special day for me," said Krieger. "I had my good stuff and good movement... good location, too. Even when I was off and made a mistake, I got away with it today." For the season his stats show Krieger has no saves in 10 relief appearances with a 2-2 record and 4.63 ERA. |
