August's Best AHL Hitter is Kimi Kokura Monday, September 1st, 2025 Palm Beach Bums fans believe they've got a talented young star in Kimi Kokura. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .321 with 8 home runs, 23 RBIs and 19 runs scored. The end result was the first baseman being named the August Herrman League Batter of the Month. This season Kokura is batting .316 with 49 hits, 12 home runs, 36 RBIs, 32 walks, .432 OBP and has scored 30 runs. He has played in 45 games. |
