Gonzalo Reyna out of Lineup 4-5 Months Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 The Palm Beach Bums learned that Gonzalo Reyna is likely to be out for 4-5 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the Bel Air Princes. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be shoulder inflammation. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Palm Beach manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Gonzalo is back in action." He has made 28 relief appearances this year with 0 saves. Reyna has achieved a 0-1 record while holding opposing hitters to a .323 batting average and posting a 7.28 ERA. He has tossed 38.1 innings, given up 50 base hits, fanned 40 and issued 41 walks. |
