van Hoof: Big Hit in the August Herrman League Monday, June 23rd, 2025 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the August Herrman League, but last week Egbert van Hoof of the Westside Road Warriors reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. van Hoof rocked opposing pitching for a .440 average (11-for-25), 1 home run and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. To date this year van Hoof is batting .314 with 12 home runs. |
