New Orleans-St. Paul Free-for-All Gets 3-Game Suspensions Sunday, June 15th, 2025 If there wasn't a history between Shaun Sharp of New Orleans and Gang-sheng Lew of St. Paul, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 3 games as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Sharp said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." This year Sharp is batting .295 with 69 hits and 2 home runs. He has scored 43 times and has batted in 30 runs. This season Lew has no saves in 6 relief appearances with a 0-1 record and 4.33 ERA. |
