Vallee's 24-Game Hitting Streak Ends Thursday, May 15th, 2025 Kingwood center fielder Tim Vallee experienced something against the Victoria Vikings he hadn't experienced in his last 24 games: a hitless game. The Vikings pitching corps quieted his hot bat and snapped his streak, but his teammates picked up the slack to lead the Knights to a 2-1 victory at The drakkar. "Hey, ain't nothin' bad about a losing a 24-game hitting streak. Now you sportswriters will have to find someone else to bother for stories," Vallee kiddingly told them after the game. This year Vallee is batting .424 with no home runs. He has scored 38 runs and driven in 14. |
