Kansas City's Baba Injured, Out of Lineup Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 The Blue Spaders will be minus Iwao Baba for about 13-14 months after the reliever suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against Austin. Baba and the Kansas City skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration. So far this year Baba has no saves in 13 relief appearances with a 1-0 record and 3.71 ERA. |
