Chris Bacon Sidelined for 16 Months Friday, May 2nd, 2025 Coney Island starting pitcher Chris Bacon left today's game with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. The injury looked like it occurred throwing a pitch in the game against Nichols. One fan said, "As soon as it happened, you could tell something was wrong." The injury will likely leave the Cyclones without Bacon for about 16 months. So far this season Bacon has compiled a 3-0 record with a 4.56 ERA. |
