Arnim Gets 5 Hits Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Sigfrid Arnim. It was a very special day, one that many players never experience. But he did. Arnim went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Cherry Hill pitching. When the dust settled on the diamond at Envoys Ballpark, he had a career 5-for-6 day and something he will long remember. And the Palm Beach Bums had a 11-10 victory over the Stealers. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Sigfrid Arnim singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. In the 2025 season Arnim is hitting .214 with no home runs. |
