BOL Player of the Week Selected Monday, September 9th, 2024 There was no one hotter in the Buck O'Neil League last week as Masamichi Sasaki attacked enemy pitching with a vengeance to collect the Player of the Week Award. The 22-year-old New Orleans right fielder batted .545 with 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs and 5 RBIs. For the season Sasaki has produced 122 hits in 377 at-bats for a .324 average with 22 home runs and gotten on base at a .447 clip. |
