Cheng Wins AHL Prize, Named Best Hitter in August Sunday, September 1st, 2024 Even though he is a newcomer to SINGLE A, Tian-bai Cheng put up some good numbers in August and earned the AHL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Westside's offensive leaders with a .452 average in 22 games. He also racked up 6 home runs, 28 RBIs, and 18 runs scored. Cheng is hitting .338 this season with 15 home runs, 78 RBIs and 69 runs scored. He has 119 hits in 352 at-bats. |
