AHL Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 15th, 2024 José Pérez stepped up to the plate in a big way last week and today he took home the August Herrman League Player of the Week honors. The Austin third baseman ripped opposing pitchers for 9 hits in 12 at-bats and 1 home run. He put together a sizzling .750 batting average as he knocked in 10 runs and scored 3 times. So far this season Pérez has gotten 87 hits in 296 at-bats for a .294 batting average with 5 home runs. His stats include 60 RBIs and 39 runs scored. He has played in 87 games. |
