AHL's Best Player Named Monday, July 8th, 2024 Jesús Lópes burst onto the August Herrman League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie center fielder for Bel Air garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 21-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .385 (10-for-26) with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week. This season Lópes has hit at a .325 clip and produced 41 runs batted in, 14 home runs and 68 runs. |
