San Angelo's Tanaka Winner, BOL Best Hitter in June Monday, July 1st, 2024 Tsuneari Tanaka may be much younger than other hitters in the Buck O'Neil League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in June to win the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old San Angelo first baseman hit .324 with 10 home runs, 34 RBIs and 24 runs scored. In 2024 Tanaka has hit at a .295 clip with 95 hits, 16 home runs, 71 RBIs and has scored 48 times. |
