BOL Announces Player of the Week Monday, July 1st, 2024 So far in his young career, Tsuneari Tanaka has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Buck O'Neil League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old San Angelo Mustangs first baseman hit at a torrid .414 clip as he collected 12 hits in 29 at-bats, 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 9 runs scored. Currently Tanaka has 16 home runs and a .295 batting average. |
