RP Rubén Sánchez Out Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 The West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws will lose the services of reliever Rubén Sánchez after he sustained shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Nichols Gnats. "I'll get through it," Sánchez said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 4 months. For the year, Sánchez has collected no saves in 15 relief appearances. He has also rung up 31 strikeouts and 12 walks in 23 innings while registering a 1.96 ERA and a 2-1 won-lost mark. |
