Austin RP Ron Soames Injured Saturday, April 13th, 2024 The Austin Hipsters will lose the services of reliever Ron Soames after he sustained radial nerve compression while throwing a pitch in today's game against the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws. "I'll get through it," Soames said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 8-9 months. This year Soames has no saves in 8 relief appearances with a 0-0 record and 4.50 ERA. |
