BOL Star of the Week Named Monday, July 17th, 2023 Nichols Gnats third baseman Clarence Rowe walked away with the Buck O'Neil League Player of the Week Award today after putting up some impressive numbers over the past seven days. "The Gnats fans are really behind me right now," said the 19-year-old. "That helps. They give you the confidence to go out there and do better." Rowe batted .714 (5-7) with 2 home runs and 4 RBIs this week on his way to the award. For the year Rowe has hit .407 with 5 home runs, 22 RBIs and scored 18 runs. |
