5-Hit Blitz by Houston's Rosário Friday, May 12th, 2023 19-year-old Houston first baseman Carlos Rosário had a big day with the bat at Envoys Ballpark today against the Palm Beach Bums. He went 5-for-6 and led the Sting to a 17-2 triumph over them. Carlos Rosário hit a two-run single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Sergio Martínez in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th. Looking at his stats this year, Rosário has compiled a .326 batting average, while hitting 10 home runs and driving in 31 runs. He has played in 35 games and scored 29 runs. |
