McCormick Tabbed as August's Starter of the Month Thursday, September 1st, 2022 Bruno McCormick took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the August Herrman League Pitcher of the Month award for August. The 22-year-old Seals starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 4-0 won-lost record in 6 starts. This month he fanned 42 batters in 41.1 innings and compiled a 1.74 ERA. So far this season McCormick has a record of 8-0 with 83 strikeouts and 42 walks in 88.2 innings and a 3.25 ERA. |
