BOL Star of the Week Named Monday, August 1st, 2022 So far in his young career, Noriyuki Rin has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Buck O'Neil League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old New Orleans Jedi Knights second baseman hit at a torrid .346 clip as he collected 9 hits in 26 at-bats, 4 home runs, 7 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This season Rin is batting .331 with 114 hits, 17 home runs, 92 RBIs, .401 OBP and has scored 70 runs. |
