AHL's Best Player Named Monday, July 18th, 2022 Steve Bailey is respected by most Houston Sting fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the August Herrman League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .579 average (11-19) with 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 9 runs scored. This season Bailey is batting .323 with 5 home runs. He has scored 38 runs and driven in 30. |
