Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Vivatma Saturday, June 4th, 2022 The Winfield Warriors suffered a 8-4 setback today at the hands of the Nichols Gnats at The Barn, but their hot-hitting second baseman Jayakar Vivatma went 3-for-4 and stretched his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Jayakar Vivatma singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Phil Holland in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th and doubled in the 7th. For the season Vivatma is hitting .328, batted in 25 runs with 4 home runs and 15 runs scored. |
