Matsumoto Gets 5 Hits Sunday, April 17th, 2022 Sadakuno Matsumoto socked it to the Warriors today at The Barn. The 21-year-old Vikings catcher rapped 5 hits in 6 at-bats to lead his club to a 18-4 win over Winfield. Sadakuno Matsumoto grounded out in the 1st, hit a three-run double in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Shan-bo Joo in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th. For the season Matsumoto has hit .385 with 2 home runs and 18 RBIs. He has played in 11 games and scored 9 times. |
